1. Tell me about your career. What did your journey look like before you came to CS Marine?

I have worked in powertrain design and manufacturing from small prototype engines to large high horse power production engines in the automotive, marine, and industrial markets. In addition, I have experience in large corporations and small startup companies which allows me to choose the best of both worlds for my projects.

2. What originally drew you to apply to CS Marine?

I started CS Marine to fill a gap and help provide engineering solutions to powertrain issues.

3. What do you work on?

I work on powertrain design; providing solutions based on my exposure to various industries, applications, and powertrain sizes.

4. Why do you look forward to coming to work every day?

I like the varied challenges and hands on work. I have a mix of hands on and engineering support opportunities.

5. How has coming to CS Marine changed how you worked?

CS Marine has allowed me to choose what projects to work on and how best to appropriate my time.

6. What are you looking forward to learning?

I look forward to learning how to grow the company.
